Yunxiang Zhao (赵云祥)

I obtained the PhD degree from the School of Computer Science and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne, under the supervision of Prof. Rui Zhang and Prof. Jianzhong Qi. Before that, I graduated from Northeastern University (NEU) with the B.Eng degree from the College of Software, then obtained the M.Eng degree from the National University of Defence Technology (NUDT), under the supervision of Prof. Xicheng Lu and Prof. Dongsheng Li.

My main research interests include bioinformatics, machine learning, and deep learning (antigen/vaccine discovery and design; peptide/molecule drug discovery and design; infectious disease transmission prediction). I am currently doing postdoctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Wei Chen.
